Warranty first — we'll tell you

If your Switch 2 fault is covered by Nintendo's warranty (non-physical failures on a console this new usually are), use the warranty — we'll say so at the free diagnostic rather than take your money. Physical damage — drops, cracked screens, crushed ports — is where we come in, in days instead of a mail-in's weeks.
