Worth fixing in 2026?

Usually yes — a cleaning or HDMI repair costs far less than a used replacement, and your library and saves stay put. If your PS4's board is failing (BLOD), we'll diagnose it free and tell you straight whether it's economical.

SSD upgrade while it's open

A cheap SATA SSD makes a PS4 boot and load dramatically faster. Ask us to fit one during any repair — one bench visit, two upgrades.
